SCRANTON, Pa. — The Scranton Prep Girls Basketball team got a rousing sendoff Friday afternoon as they headed to Hershey for Saturday's PIAA state championship game.
The Classics were led out by a bagpiper surrounded by friends, family, and classmates cheering them on. A police escort also helped the team start their journey.
They will play Blackhawk High School at noon for the Class 4A State title.
