SCRANTON, Pa. — A man from Lackawanna County will spend nearly nine years behind bars for a firearms offense.

Investigators say Victorious Minter, 28, of Scranton, was in possession of a loaded pistol after having been convicted of another crime and waved the gun at another driver during a road rage incident on the North Scranton Expressway back in January of 2022.

Officers found the gun in Minter's vehicle during a traffic stop.
