SCRANTON, Pa. — Police in Scranton are investigating a suspicious death.
Crews were called to a home along Luke Avenue in Scranton around 5 p.m. Wednesday.
A 49-year-old woman was found dead inside the home.
According to the Lackawanna County Coroner's Office, an autopsy was done on Thursday, and the woman's death is considered suspicious.
Officials have not released the woman's name or cause of death.
The investigation is ongoing, and Newswatch 16 is working to learn more information.
