Scranton city officials say that a City Hall employee has tested positive for COVID-19.
Officials say contact tracing has been done to notify other employees who came into contact with the individual.
City Hall is closed to the public for the rest of the day Monday. The building will be sanitized.
Mayor Paige Cognetti was also in direct contact with the employee and is working from home for the next 14 days.
