SCRANTON, Pa. — 200 runners hit the pavement Saturday morning for the 12th annual Cpt. James R. Minicozzi Memorial Race.
The run through Courthouse Square honors Minicozzi for his work in the community as chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs of NEPA and his participation in La Festa Italiana and UNICO.
Proceeds from the race will go to the Boys and Girls Clubs of NEPA for its annual Christmas party as well as college scholarships for West Scranton High School.
