WAVERLY, Pa. — A road in Lackawanna County closed for construction work has reopened ahead of schedule.
Carbondale Road (Route 632) in Waverly Township was shut down in April while crews repaired a deteriorating tier arch.
PennDOT announced Friday that the road is open again in both directions.
