DICKSON CITY, Pa. — The ribbon was cut on PrimoHoagies' newest location along Commerce Boulevard in Dickson City.
The shop is known for its gourmet hoagies made with fresh-baked rolls.
The first 100 customers in line today will get a free Primo-size hoagie here in Lackawanna County.
