CARBONDALE, Pa. — Authorties say James Decoons of Carbondale called multiple doctors and dentists since May.
The state attorney general's office began investigating when $5,000 in claims were submitted to Medicare.
The attorney general says Decoons was charged with similar crimes in 2016 and began the calls shortly after being released from prison.
