SPRING BROOK TOWNSHIP -- One person was taken to the hospital after a crash in Lackawanna County.
State police say a person was struck by a vehicle along Route 307 near Moscow just before 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Troopers tell us the person may have been struck while clearing snow off a vehicle.
