OLYPHANT, Pa. — A man from Olyphant is locked up for threatening to use explosives to injure police officers.
Investigators say 58-year-old John Ryan made illegal explosives and threatened to blow up the Lackawanna Avenue bridge that connects Blakely and Olyphant while a Blakely police car was parked near it.
Ryan faces charges related to terroristic threats.
