SCRANTON, Pa. — Scranton Mayor Paige Cognetti showed off the new stained glass windows at City Hall on Monday.
The Baut Studio renovated the historic windows in the front of the building in Swoyersville.
Mayor Cognetti says the new windows were installed with an extra clear seal to help protect them to last longer.
The project was started by a former mayor.
