SCRANTON, Pa. — United Neighborhood Centers of NEPA hosted its 4th annual "Pine Brook Neighborhood Community Cleanup" on Saturday morning.
Volunteers spent the day cleaning up the areas of Capouse Avenue and Ash Street.
The event is part of Keep America Beautiful's Great American Cleanup and the Pine Brook Community Revitalization Project.
