SCRANTON, Pa. — A road closure is in place as crews work on a mural project in downtown Scranton.
Crews are working on the mural at the Biden Expressway's intersection with Jefferson and Lackawanna avenues.
The outbound lane nearest the Radisson Hotel is closed and will be shut down for about a month.
Once that work is done, the closure will shift to the inbound side.
