SCRANTON — More highway work is scheduled Friday on Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County.
I-81 southbound will be down to one lane between the Dickson City/Main Avenue exit (190) and the Dunmore/Throop exit (188) for pothole repair beginning around 10 a.m., according to PennDOT.
PennDOT suggests Interstate 476 (PA Turnpike) as an alternate route.
Crews hope to reopen the lane around noon.
