SCRANTON, Pa. — Newswatch 16's Mindi Ramsey spent part of her birthday reading to students in Scranton.
She stopped by Miss Weiksner's and Miss Doherty's life skills classes at Robert Morris Elementary on Wednesday morning to read a story about Splat the Cat trying to be good to get a present from Santa.
The students even made Mindi birthday cards.
