LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — Police in Lackawanna County are searching for a man wanted on sexual assault charges
According to court documents, Keith Dodgson, 66, of Blakely, told a woman with a mental disability that he worked for the Lackawanna County Court system and convinced her to appoint him as her power of attorney.
He allegedly gave the woman alcohol and then forced himself on her.
