LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A man will spend a year in prison for violating the Clean Water Act in Lackawanna County.
Bruce Evans Jr., 41, and his father were both convicted after a trial in December of 2021.
Officials say they knowingly failed to operate and maintain the Greenfield Township wastewater treatment plant.
Bruce Evans Sr. is awaiting sentencing.
