SCRANTON, Pa. — A man from Scranton has been charged with sexually assaulting a child.
William Whitcomb, 52, is accused of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old last year.
He has been charged with indecent assault.
Whitcomb is locked up in Lackawanna County and has a preliminary hearing on March 6.
