SCRANTON, Pa. — It was all about food and family on Saturday in Scranton's west side.
St. Joseph Melkite Greek-Catholic Church hosted a Lebanese food festival on Saturday night at the church along St. Frances Cabrini Avenue.
Lebanese immigrants in the 1890s established the parish, so organizers say the festival is a celebration of heritage and history.
The Lebanese food festival continues on Sunday from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. in west Scranton.
