SCRANTON, Pa. — A man has been arrested after a stabbing over the weekend in Scranton.
It happened in the 2900 block of Marvine Avenue around 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Police were called to the home for a report of people fighting.
Police say DaJuan Saunders, 41, of Jessup, broke into his ex-girlfriend's house and threatened her with a knife.
Officials say another man in the house tried to defend the woman, and Saunders allegedly stabbed him in the face. That man was taken to the hospital. There's no word on his condition.
Saunders is locked up in the Lackawanna County jail.
