LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A heads up for drivers: there will be a lane restriction on I-81 in Lackawanna County.
PennDOT crews will be working on emergency guide rail repairs at the Montage Mountain/Davis Street Exit beginning at 9 a.m. on Monday.
Repairs are expected to be completed by noon in Lackawanna County.
