JESSUP, Pa. — A Lackawanna County man is facing child pornography charges.
Jeffrey Pallo, 53, of Jessup, faces child porn charges, among other related charges, for uploading child abuse material on the internet, according to court documents.
Investigators received a cyber tip about the material being shared on the internet. The email address was linked back to Pallo.
During the investigation, Pallo admitted to saving files of minors engaged in sexual acts on his phone.
Pallo is locked up at Lackawanna County Prison and unable to post bail. A preliminary hearing is set for November 6.
