SCRANTON -- A judge ruled on Tuesday for a Scranton man who sued the city to get his home back.
Newswatch 16 first told you about Bill McAndrew last year.
McAndrew said city officials never told him his rental home along Delaware Street in Green Ridge was up for sheriff sale.
The judge said the City of Scranton didn't properly notify McAndrew.
