SCRANTON -- Amidst the freezing temperatures, Newswatch 16 found a burst fire hydrant spewing water onto the road in Scranton Wednesday night.
The water was streaming down Wyoming Avenue in the city's Pinebrook section around 8:30 p.m.
The hydrant burst right in front of a fire station.
