MOOSIC -- Despite the weather, some folks are thinking spring.
Monday morning, 25 winners of WNEP's Home and Backyard contest and their guests, boarded a bus at our studios in Moosic to head to the City of Brotherly Love for the Philadelphia Flower Show.
The flower show runs through Sunday, March 11.
