Guilty plea in pandemic fraud scheme

SCRANTON, Pa. — A Scranton man has pleaded guilty to fraud charges.

Officials say 51-year-old Robert Brownstein used stolen identities to apply for multiple Covid relief loans totaling $20,000.

He faces up to 32 years behind bars.
