SCRANTON -- Workers put the finishing touches on a new addition at Geisinger-Community Medical Center in Scranton Monday.
Geisinger says the new five-floor structure at the corner of Mulberry Street and Colfax Avenue is open. It includes new multispecialty clinics and a new main lobby
Other improvements include a new 18-unit intensive care unit, gift shop, café, and chapel.
The main entrance for patients and visitors has been moved back to Mulberry Street.
There is a free valet service as well as free parking at the garage on Colfax Avenue.
