Food distribution event causes traffic back-ups

Some people were in line in their vehicles for more than an hour.

SCRANTON, Pa. — Some major traffic back-ups in the city of Scranton happened Wednesday.

The reason was an emergency food distribution event put on by the Friends of the Poor.

Photojournalist Corey Burns spoke with some folks who sat in line for more than an hour.
