OLYPHANT, Pa. — It was a busy day for employees of Bosak's Choice Meats in Olyphant.
People were buying pork for New Year's Day and steak for New Year's Eve celebrations.
The owner says these things are New Year's traditions.
"Keep the traditions going; don't stop them; that's the best thing you can do. Your grandma and grandpa, did your father and mother do it? You just keep doing it. A lot of pork going out a lot of filets going out a lot of rib roasts going out. We're just roaring, trying to stay ahead of it," said Tom Bosak, owner of Bosak's Choice Meats.
Bosack's Choice Meats is closed on Mondays.
