DICKSON CITY, Pa. — People and a pet escaped flames in Lackawanna County Tuesday morning.
The fire broke out on the porch at an apartment building on Main Street in Dickson City just before 3 a.m.
Five people and a dog all made it out safely.
The power is shut off here; they cannot stay.
Crews have not said what caused the fire in Lackawanna County.
