TAYLOR, Pa. — A fire started early Thursday morning in Lackawanna County.
Officials say fireworks are to blame for a structure fire in an abandoned building in Taylor that has lots of lead inside and sits on a large culm bank.
First responders are monitoring the fire but not bringing crews out.
