LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — Firehouse Subs has brought its food truck to the Greenwood Fire Department in Moosic.
Starting Monday, anyone can stop by and get something to eat and raise money for the department.
Firefighters say when people buy food from firehouses, the money helps them buy life-saving equipment.
"I mean, any donation is big, so any way we can make money, I mean, it's pretty easy with them they just reached out with like a list of what they need it we just had a supply, the power, and the place to put it and that's really they do everything else," said Lt. Tyler Gaidula, Greenwood Fire Department.
The Firehouse Subs food truck will be parked outside of the Greenwood Fire Department along Birney Avenue in Moosic through Saturday.
