CARBONDALE, Pa. — Crews were called to a house fire in Lackawanna County.
Flames broke out at the double-block home shortly before 3 p.m. Sunday along Cemetery Street in Carbondale.
A woman who lived on one side of this double-block home tells Newswatch 16 that she, her husband, two sons, and two dogs were home at the time of the fire, and all made it out okay. They will be helped by the Red Cross.
Officials say no injuries were reported.
It took fire crews 2 1/2 hours to knock down the flames.
The home is destroyed as a result of the blaze.
The cause of the fire is under investigation by a PSP Fire Marshal in Lackawanna County.
