SCRANTON -- Plenty of shiny cars were on display in part of Scranton.
The Villa Capri Cruisers Car Club held its 22nd annual Father's Day Car Show Sunday at Nay Aug Park.
In addition to the tuned-up rides, there was music, prizes, and other giveaways at the event.
The car club is a non-profit group that supports local charities that help families and children in difficult situations.
"If they're struggling and need something for their children. That’s our thing. We’ve been doing it for 22 years. As you can see, there’s thousands of people here today, so we’re really excited about it," Joseph Nasser board member.
This year’s car show featured a record 575 cars.
