DUNMORE, Pa. — Restaurants in yellow phase counties were able to welcome back customers for outdoor dining last week.
People taking advantage of that by enjoying brunch outside at Henry's on Clay in Dunmore.
Customers were excited to get a little taste of normalcy since most restaurants have been closed to diners since March.
Lackawanna County transitioned to Governor Wolf's yellow reopening phase on Friday.
