LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — The Keystone Sanitary Landfill was issued another violation for failing to control smells from the pools of liquid waste on the property.
The landfill cuts across the boroughs of Dunmore and Throop.
Last month, state officials issued a violation for odor control and covering waste.
In November, state officials stopped the landfill from adding more garbage to previously filled areas due to odor complaints.
