LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A crash in Lackawanna County slowed traffic on Christmas morning.
One car flipped over in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 84 in Elmhurst just before 11 a.m.
So far, officials have not said if anyone was hurt or what might have caused the crash.
