CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa. — Two tractor-trailers crashed around 5 am Tuesday in Lackawanna County.
The crash happened at the intersection of East Grove Street and South State Street in Clarks Summit.
A traffic signal has been knocked down.
There is no word on injuries.
