LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — Lackawanna County has issued a code blue alert for the next week.
A Code Blue Alert is issued when the temperature is expected to reach 20 degrees or lower.
During the alert, homeless individuals can access emergency shelters throughout Scranton.
Keystone Mission, Saint Anthony's Haven, and the Community Intervention Center will be open for those who need it.
The Code Blue Alert continues next week and expires on January 21 at noon.
