SCRANTON, Pa. — It's beginning to look a lot more festive in the Electric City.
Lackawanna County's Christmas Tree arrived Monday morning at the Courthouse in downtown Scranton.
The 30-foot concolor fir came from Chambers' Trees in Carbondale.
