CARBONDALE -- The city of Carbondale welcomed the holiday season with a parade.
The annual Downtown Carbondale Lighted Christmas Parade made its way down Main Street Saturday evening. There were homemade floats, marching bands, and people handing out candy.
After the parade wrapped up, there was a tree lighting in front of City Hall.
