CARBONDALE, Pa. — A heavy police presence gathered around a home along Belmont Street around 8:30 a.m. Friday morning as officers arrested Rosendo Gauthier.
According to police, Gauthier sold cocaine several times to police over the last month.
He faces drug charges in Lackawanna County.
