LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — The event celebrating breast cancer survivors and patients was held at Electric City Harley Davidson in Dickson City and included live music, a bingo fundraiser, raffles, and food.
There were also tattoo artists on site, and several people took the opportunity to get inked.
Organizers say they wanted to do something to help that would have a lasting impact.
"We have so many of our clients that have been affected by this disease in the past, so we really felt compelled to do something that we could do not only today but something that we could build on for the future," said Jeff Davis, Electric City Harley Davidson general manager.
Part of the proceeds from the event will go toward a local breast cancer center.
