DUNMORE, Pa. — It was a big honor for a basketball star from our area.
Former Scranton Prep and Duke basketball star Steve Vacendak was honored at La Buona Vita in Dunmore Saturday night.
Vacendak was the 1966 ACC Player of the Year.
Newswatch 16's Jim Coles hosted the event.
Guest speakers included Former Seton Hall and NBA Coach P.J. Carlesimo.
