SCRANTON, Pa. — Nathaniel Mungin is charged with attempted homicide for Tuesday night's shooting on Wheeler Avenue.
That's where a fight broke out, and two people were shot, another hurt.
Mungin's son, also named Nathaniel, has also been charged with carrying a gun without a license.
