ARCHBALD -- A mural in Archbald is almost done. The Ambrose Revels American Legion Post in the borough sought a county grant to have a mural painted on the side of its building on Main Street.
The mural depicting a bald eagle and the American flag is almost complete. A few stars and a border need to be finished.
The artist, Heather Evans, has done other murals in Lackawanna County through the county Arts and Culture Initiative.
