CARBONDALE, Pa. — A milestone year for a nonprofit organization in Lackawanna County.
The nonprofit "Dress for Success" celebrated its 25th anniversary on Thursday at the Anthracite Center in Carbondale.
The organization empowers working women by providing professional attire and support.
