BLOOMSBURG -- Two men were taken to the hospital, one with a gunshot wound, after an argument in Bloomsburg.
Police were called to an apartment building on Millville Road shortly after 5 p.m. Monday.
When they arrived, officers said they found two men fighting. One of the men, Joshua Lahr, 24, had been shot in the face. The other man, Cyree Young, 21, had bruises on his head and face. Both were taken to Geisinger Medical Center near Danville.
There is no word on their conditions.
A man who lives nearby said he heard the argument and rushed to help.
"I ran outside, and there was another dude on top of this other guy. I went to break it up, saying, 'Dude just get off of him. Get off of him,' and he looks up and his face is covered in blood, and his shirt is soaked in blood, and he's like, 'I've been shot,'" Nate Wynings said.
Police are still trying to determine who fired the gun and what the men were fighting about.
