Between the hunting, archery, fishing, and four-wheelers, a lot is going on in Bloomsburg.
Show owner Jarrett Swartz says there's something for everyone.
"Not necessarily just hunting, but there is a lot of hunting stuff, but a lot of nature activities for a little bit of everybody," said Swartz. "It's a good event to get out of the house, warm buildings, lots of good food. A lot of families gather here, walk around, and enjoy the day."
There are more than 130 vendors, including first-time vendor Jeff's Cerakote.
"We just needed to get the name out there. I've known Jarrett for quite a while. We decided we'd come give it a shot. It's been busy, a good turnout so far today," said Jeffrey Yost of Jeff's Cerakote.
Saabi-Sil Retrievers is out of Dallas, it's the company's third year at this event.
"It's been great for our business, people come back every year. They want to see the dogs. They remember us from all the years we've been here. It's really good for us and we get to see some of the people around here who enjoy our labs and enjoy what we do," said Randy Jones with Saabi-Sil Retrievers.
People who attended the event seemed to have a good time.
"They have a nice setup here. I enjoy it. Just looking around. I'm more into fishing than hunting, but I just look around," said Mark Waiksnoris of Shenandoah.
"There's a lot of people today. There's a lot to look at, guns, trapping and stuff, dogs," said Mark Tipka of Elysburg.
The Early Bird Sports Expo runs through Sunday at the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds.
