COLUMBIA COUNTY, Pa. — Officials in Columbia County have released the identities of two people who died in a crash Saturday in Bloomsburg.
Officials say 32-year-old Samantha Davis of Danville was driving the wrong way on Route 11 near the Route 42 Interchange when she hit two cars, one of which contained the second victim, 52-year-old George Lutz of Mifflinville.
Investigators believe that Davis suffered from a medical emergency prior to the crash, and that may have led to the cause, but it is still under investigation by Bloomsburg Police in Columbia County.
